I recently purchased myself a Sigma 8mm 3.5f fisheye lens and wanted to test it out. I live a short walk from Portchester Castle and thought it would be a great testing ground.
I took a walk around the out side first and then in to the centre. Inside the outer walls is a church which lets you go in on certain days. You can also go to the top of the castle keep but there is a small charge. I mat go back another day for that.
For some of the shots I kept the fisheye effect, for others I used Lightrooms lens correction too and flattened out the image. I think it can give a great perspective shot.
